Chris Connelly brings over 45 years of boots-on-the-ground construction experience allowing him to notice inspection items that many other companies might miss.  Starting in the metropolitan Washington region in 1988, and continuing the business focus in the Delmarva region, he brings his skillsets to the home inspection industry for potential home buyers,  sellers, title companies, realtors and financial institutions.  We view your property as a functional investment, bringing an expert eye to detail and providing you with an independent inspection report.  Our firm strictly follows the State of Maryland standards of home inspection.  

Potential property issues are not always readily apparent. With our background in both custom and renovation work, we have been privy to many issues behind walls that other home inspectors may not see.  We can make a determination on items that may seem to be a defect and spot potential long-term issues before they appear.
